New BeginningsSample

Starting over Why not?
There is an old saying that "you can't teach an old dog new tricks," commonly used to say that there is an age when some of us no longer feel capable of doing new things. However, for God there are no age or time limits, and to begin a relationship with Him, neither should we have any.
The apostle Paul writes to the Ephesians, and his words fill me with faith every time I read them. "... God, who can do far more than we could ask or even imagine..." The Apostle Paul knew a great truth: for God's power, there are no limits.
I am convinced that for God there is no limit of age, time, or knowledge to fulfill a dream or answer a prayer in our lives. Paul was proof of that, being used in his adult life as an instrument of God's love and grace. And if we take the example of King David, we will also see how God uses someone young; not to mention the child in the crowd who had only two fish and five loaves of bread. Throughout the Bible, we see how God manifests Himself in and through the lives of children, young people, adults, and the elderly to accomplish His purpose and give them a full life.
Don't let fear or prejudice prevent you from experiencing and enjoying all the potential that God sees in you; decide to believe that nothing is impossible for God (Luke 1:37), and that He can do much more than you can imagine.
Trust in God's plans and will for your life. You have no excuse not to start over, draw near to Jesus, and enjoy His fullness.
