Followers of Jesus Christ are thankful people. Every day, the Lord pours out His blessings on us—from the moment we wake up, through our days, and into our nights. We delight in His provision, guidance, love, and care. Most of all, we receive His mercy, are cleansed from every sin, and have the promise of His eternal peace and presence.

So with hearts overflowing with joy, we offer back to the Lord our praise and sacrifices with thanksgiving. Since we can trust in His faithful provision, we express our gratitude by being generous toward others. We can freely give our time and skills to serve people in need of help, and give money to bless the poor and advance the Kingdom of God.

With every sacrifice we make for His Kingdom, we show thankfulness toward a God who has blessed us in order that we may bless others, for we know that every good and perfect gift is from above.
