You Are Created For...Sample
We are here as a result of a relationship. God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness.” Notice the words “Let Us...” This is the first time in this creation story that a plural is used, where God says “Us”. Who was He talking to? Well, John gives us an idea when he says the Word that was there, was Jesus (John 1). There was the Father who spoke the word, the Word (Jesus) who did it, and the Spirit who hovered over the earth. The core of the Christian faith lies in this conviction that God is the Triune God, the Creator-God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
The core of our faith lies in mystery, something beyond our thinking that we cannot understand well, but must accept. But here is one of the things we understand – this Unity is a bond, is a space, an interaction that can best be described as love. That's why John also says God is love. This interaction between the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit is a perfect harmony. It is love.
There is no jealousy, discord, or anything of the sort. On the contrary, if you read what the Bible says, it says the Father glorifies the Son, the Son glorifies the Father, and the Spirit glorifies the Son. There is selflessness. There is not a focus on the self, but a focus on the other. God is love. God is a relationship and that relationship can best be described as love. From it, He created us.
And He created man in His image, in other words, just like Him, with the capacity to meet with Him. He brings us into being and invites man because we are in His image, to also experience love, to share in that love, that bond that exists between the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

About this Plan
Life is about relationships. We are created to live in relationship with Him (Me - Thou), Others (Me - You) & the World (Me - It). Therefore, we want to go deeper into God, closer to each other, and further in our world.
