Day 2 - Knowing God & Transforming into His image
Let us dive into today's plan - to truly know God, by looking at a specific verse Jesus revealed to me.
John 17:3 says, "This is the way to the eternal life to know you the only true God and Jesus Christ the one whom you sent on earth."
It is surprising to realize that Jesus Himself prayed this for His disciples and for us, focusing specifically on what is necessary during our time on earth to guide us toward eternal life.
For example, to succeed in a competition, you cannot just show up; you must build a deep relationship with your coach and follow their training. Similarly, achieving eternal life requires more than intellectual knowledge—it demands an active, experiential relationship with God.
In Philippians 3:10, Paul emphasizes this by writing that he wants to know Christ, experience the power of His resurrection, and share in His sufferings. Ultimately, Paul's words show that our true purpose in life is to deeply know God and to be transformed into His likeness. As Romans 8:29 states, we are actually predestined for this very transformation.
If our ultimate purpose is simply to know God, you might wonder why we are given unique dreams, passions, talents, and callings. Right?
We shall look into that tomorrow.

About this Plan
