Why Sacrifice? Embracing God’s Promises For Joy And FruitfulnessSample

Confidence
Our confidence is in the love of God, who saved us according to His great mercy. We are no longer condemned. Once we confess our sins, they no longer have power to disqualify us from inheriting the Kingdom. Instead, we are counted as righteous before God.
This confidence leads us to joyful, childlike submission. Knowing that He has given us Himself should make us eager to respond with sacrifices that glorify His name among all peoples. Each of us has specific gifts and talents to contribute toward reaching the lost. God calls us to use these to help advance His Kingdom.
Regardless of our weaknesses or inadequacies, Jesus invites His followers to take faithful steps of obedience to be a part of glorifying Him and reaching the lost. With His Spirit dwelling within us, we are equipped to fully participate in God’s Kingdom, according to His purposes.
- What sins do you need to confess to God? Take a moment to confess them with the assurance of His forgiveness.
- Ask God to help lead you into confident service and joyful sacrifice for the sake of His Kingdom.
