STAY WHERE GOD PUT YOU

神把你放在哪里，就待在哪里

Giving thanks unto the Father…Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son (Colossians 1:12-13).

又感谢父……他救了我们脱离黑暗的权势，把我们迁到他爱子的国里。（歌罗西书1:12-13）

There’re those who are carried away by the success symbols of the world, but as Christians, we don’t have to be in competition with the world to be successful. Some Christians believe in amassing the wealth of the sinner; so, they’re of the opinion that to get the wealth of the sinner, they have to go into the world. That’s absolutely untrue. 

有些人被这个世界成功的象征所迷惑，但作为基督徒的我们却不需要于与这个世界竞争以求得成功。一些基督徒相信罪人积累财富，所以他们的观点是要得到罪人的财富就必须进入世界。这绝对是错误的。

When God takes you from somewhere, and puts you in a particular place, stay where God puts you. For instance, imagine a Christian who’s a very good singer, and the Church doesn’t quite offer him money when he sings in church. The world may call him and entice him with how much money he can make, just for singing in the circular world. He may be further enticed by the idea, thinking that with such proceeds, he can then even give financially into the propagation of the Gospel. 

当神将你从某处带出来，又将你放置在某个特定的地方时，就待在神安置你的地方。比如，想象一下有个基督徒是一位很优秀的歌唱家，当他在教会歌唱的时候没有从中获得金钱。世人可能会给他打电话，以他唱世俗的歌曲能挣多少钱来诱惑他。甚至他可能会进一步受到引诱，想到这些收益可以成为他在福音事工上的奉献。

Now, if he falls into that temptation to jettison singing in Church and go make money from singing in the world, he’s made a great error. The truth is, his motivation wasn’t really to go into the world to collect the wealth therein and bring it to church; he’s merely manifesting his carnality. It’ll be only a matter of time before his language changes and no one can tell the difference between him and the world anymore. 

如果此时他陷入诱惑，放弃自己在教会里唱歌的机会而去世上唱歌挣钱的话，就大错特错了。真相是，他真实的动机并非为了在世上积聚财富而将之带到教会，而是显明了他世俗的情欲。不假时日，他的语言就会改变，没有人会看出他与属世的人有何不同。

When it comes to serving the Lord, don’t have backup plans or options. Some think that if serving God is slow or doesn’t work out, they’ll make a detour, failing to realize that there’s no life outside Christ. Your safety, security, wealth, and peace are in the church. It makes no difference what the world offers you; stay in Christ; stay in Church. Stay where God has put you, faithfully doing what He wants you to do. 

在事奉主的事情上不要有备用计划或其它选项。有些人觉得服侍主没什么作用或者效果很慢，他们就改道而行，但他们没有意识到的是在基督以外没有生命。你的安全、财富和平安都在教会中。无论世界要给你什么，你都要确保自己要留在基督里，留在教会里。神把你安置在哪里，你就在哪里，忠心地做祂想要你做的事。

Our opening scripture says He delivered you from the power of darkness, and translated you into the Kingdom of His dear Son. Don’t allow anything or anyone, including the pursuit for fame or wealth, convert you from the Church to the world, from where God already took you out. 

我们的开篇经文说祂将你从黑暗的权下拯救出来，将你迁入祂爱子的国度中。不要允许任何事、任何人，包括对财富、名誉的追求改变你的信仰，使你转离教会进入世界，就是神已经带你离开了的地方。

Father, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I thank you for the counsel and comfort of the Scriptures. I’m excited to walk in the paths you’ve preordained for me. Your Word guides my thoughts and actions, as I walk in your perfect will, resulting in absolute fulfilment, and an unending stream of victories and success, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

父啊，在主耶稣基督的名里，我为圣经的劝勉和安慰感谢你。走在你为我所预定的道路之上使我极其喜悦。当我行在你完全的旨意中时，你的道带领我的思想和行为，产生绝对的成就，并无止尽的胜利和成功。在耶稣的名里，阿们。
