NOTHING WORKS WITHOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT

没有圣灵什么都不能作

Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak to you, I speak not from myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works (John 14:10).

你不相信我在父里面，父在我里面吗？我对你们所说的话语，不是凭着自己说的，而是住在我里面的父作他自己的工作。（约翰福音14:10）

The Holy Spirit is the active agent of the Godhead; He’s the power of God; He carries out the acts of God. Man was created and formed by the Holy Spirit; everything God does outside of His throne is done by the Holy Spirit. It’s important to understand that nothing works without the Holy Spirit; there’s no life without Him. 

圣灵是上帝能力的激活者，由祂带出神的大能和作为。人是藉着圣灵创造、形成。神在宝座之外所行的一切都是藉着圣灵而作的。能够明白没有圣灵我们就做不了什么这一点是非常重要的，在祂以外没有生命。

If you were tasked with an evangelical assignment in your local Church, for example, until, and unless, you execute it by power of the Spirit; except He’s the one working in, and through you, it’ll be a fruitless expedition. The Bible says, “For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure” (Philippians 2:13); that’s referring to the Holy Spirit。

比如，如果你的教会差派你去执行一个宣教任务，那么除非你是靠着圣灵的行事，除非祂在里面运行、借着你运行，这个远征就将无功而返。圣经说：“因为这是神在你们里面工作，为要你们立志行事都成就他的美意。”（腓立比书2:13），这里所指的就是圣灵。

No one can do God’s work without Him; it’ll only amount to fruitless struggles. The Bible says, “…Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts” (Zechariah 4:6). 

没有人能够在没有祂同在的情况下作神的工，没有圣灵的工作只能是徒劳的挣扎。圣经说：“……不是借着大能，不是借着权力，而是借着我的灵。”（撒迦利亚书4:6）

Not even the Lord Jesus could do without the Holy Spirit. All the great works He did, were His miracles, were done through the power of the Holy Spirit. We read what He said in our opening verse: “…the Father (the Holy Spirit) that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.” If Jesus needed the Holy Spirit, it then means you can do nothing without Him. 

甚至主耶稣也不能离开圣灵。祂所作的一切大事，所行的神迹都是借着圣灵的大能而成就的。我们在开篇经文中读到祂所说的话：“……而是住在我里面的父作他自己的工作。”如果耶稣做工需要圣灵，这就意味着你离开了圣灵就无法成事。

No wonder, God wants us to be filled with the Holy Spirit always (Ephesians 5:18). The Holy Spirit is God at work in us, building His Church through us. Recognize Him as your helper, and you’ll function always with His ability and strength; He’ll make you a success in life and in all that you do.

难怪神希望我们总要被圣灵充满（以弗所书5:18）。圣灵是在我们里面运行的神，通过我们建立祂的教会。你要视祂为你的帮助者，你就总会带着祂的能力和力量行事，祂会使你在生命中、在凡你所作的事上都亨通、成功。

Precious Holy Spirit, I acknowledge you as my helper, and the One I need to be an absolute success in life. Thank you for your ability, strength and wisdom that are mightily at work in me. I declare that health, victory, strength, prosperity and success are mine now and always, as you work in me, both to will, and to do of your good pleasure, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

宝贵的圣灵，我知道你是我的帮助者，是我要在生命中成为绝对的成功者所需要的那一位。感谢在我里面大大运行的你的能力、力量和智慧。当你在我里面运行，我立志行事都要成就你的美意，我宣告健康、得胜、力量、兴盛和成功都是我的，从今时一直到永远。在耶稣的名里，阿们。
