Have you ever tried to do something you thought would be simple, only to discover it was incredibly challenging? Maybe it was running a marathon, or passing that class, or simply trying to put together that complicated piece of Ikea furniture! Whatever it is, there was probably a moment when you thought: This is too hard for me to figure out. That’s what makes these words from the prophet Jeremiah all the more unbelievable in our human minds. Here, he spoke on behalf of the God who created and rules all things. He is the God who is in control of all things. He is the God who can do literally anything. Is anything too hard for Him to handle? The answer is a resounding, “No!”
That was true for the people Jeremiah was speaking to thousands of years ago, and that’s true for us still today. When we’re facing circumstances and seasons that feel too difficult to manage on our own, we can look to God, to whom nothing is too hard to handle in this life. Are you facing a challenging circumstance or season? Are you walking through a moment that feels too hard for you to handle on your own? Take it to the Lord in prayer this week, declaring with confidence that nothing is too complicated for Him. Ask for His presence and strength to carry you through.

We’ll see the reveal of the greatest miracle of all: the resurrection of Jesus.
