Tough As Nails: DanielSample

Ezekiel was a younger contemporary of Jeremiah. While Jeremiah predicted the coming destruction, Ezekiel describes what just happened. Both of them appear to be connected to the priestly class of people so they can move in and out of the noble circles. It is likely, therefore, that Daniel and Jeremiah knew each other, or at least knew of each other before Daniel was kidnapped in 605 BC. Ezekiel, being younger, would not likely have met Daniel but could certainly have related to his station in life and his suffering as an exile. Of all the prophets, Ezekiel is the most theatrical using props like a model of the city and a yoke of oxen to give visual support to his dire prophecies.
