River Valley Church SOAP - Part 5Sample

Following the Lord’s direction, Moses and his brother Aaron go to Pharaoh with the request to let God’s people go. As a result, Pharaoh lays harsh work and punishment on the Israelites. God’s promise of deliverance seemed impossible. But God remained faithful to His people and taught them that often victory follows trial and tribulation. Still today, God teaches us that He will remain faithful in times of struggle because we also are His chosen people. The Lord promised to rescue Israel from bondage, adopting the nation as His people. Because of His love and grace, He would certainly set them free.
