Have you ever reached out to a friend and not heard back? Maybe you were even left on read for a really long time! If it’s happened to you, then you know it’s not a good feeling. You probably can't help but wonder why someone hasn’t answered. We tend to want people to be available whenever we need them, even though sometimes they’re busy for really good reasons. When life isn’t easy, we tend to feel alone or like no one understands us. In those moments, we can remember that God is always there. God is a friend different from any other, always ready to care and never too busy to hear from us.
Today, write this verse out in your own words and put it somewhere you will see it. Let it serve as your reminder that you’re never alone or abandoned, thanks to God.
