Have you ever tried to go somewhere you’ve never been without using a GPS to guide you? Probably not, right? Because who would?! Having a map makes things a lot easier. When we start to walk down a road toward healing from life’s hurts, it might feel like navigating a road with no map. You don’t know where exactly you’re going or what to do. If you feel uncertain, lost, confused, or unsure of where to go next, sometimes the best thing you can do is take the next step right in front of you. You might not be able to see the end destination, but if you learn to trust God with the end, then the start becomes a lot easier. Then, you can move one step at a time toward healing from hurt.
Today, pray and ask for help, trusting God with the future that you can’t see. Ask God to guide you toward healing one step at a time.
