Understanding RighteousnessSample

Divine Protection and the Power to Rise Again
Scripture: Proverbs 24:15-16
“Do not lie in wait, O wicked man, against the dwelling of the righteous. Do not plunder his resting place. For a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again, but the wicked shall fall by calamity."
Devotional
We can find hope in God's protective hedge, trusting that His grace provides the strength to rise again, no matter the circumstance. Even if we face setbacks or difficulties, we are encouraged to trust in God's sovereignty over our recovery. Because we are rendered righteous by Christ, we can walk with the assurance that He is our source of recovery and strength in every season.
Reflection Questions:
- Do I believe that even if I fall my righteousness guarantees I will rise up again?
- Where do I need to trust God's protective hedge over my dwelling and resting place?
Prayer Declaration
Lord, I thank You for Your protective hedge around my life. I declare that I am a just man, and though I may fall into trouble, I will rise up again. I pray for forgiveness for any area where I have broken that hedge through compromise. I receive Your divine security and declare that every plot against my position shall fail. Amen.

About this Plan

Righteousness is a gift. It is not something you work for, struggle for, or attain through personal effort. This 18-day plan from Pastor Stephen Waiganjo and Ruach West Assembly is designed to help you explore how the Gift of Righteousness is your permanent, non-negotiable qualification. Through reflection, and prayer, we invite you to move past the weight of human effort and rest in the grace of your right standing with God.
