All About Love
Matthew 22:37
Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.
The Bible tells us about the greatest love ever. It is God’s love to us. The Bible also tells us to love God and the people around us. What always matters the most to Jesus is love. That's what God wants from us. No more, no less.
According to the dictionary, love means a strong feeling of affection for another person or thing.
If we love God, we will want to spend more time with Him by praising, worshipping and praying every day.
If we love God, we will want to know more about God by reading His word from the Bible.
If we love God, we will want to obey all His commandments.
If we love God, we will do things that make Him proud of us!
God wants a total love from us, with all our heart, soul and mind. We can come to God just as we are. We do not need to pretend or try to hide anything for Him. God loves us unconditionally and eternally. We can love Him because He loved us first.
Prayer
Dear God, thank You for filling my heart with love. I love You Jesus because You have loved me with Your beautiful love. There’s no greater love than Yours. Amen.
