The Sweetest Reward!

Matthew 15:28

Woman, you have great faith! You will get what you asked for.

There was a Canaanite woman who expected a miracle from Jesus. She persistently begged Jesus to heal her daughter despite the challenge she had to face from Jesus’ disciples and even from Jesus Himself. Jesus was testing her faith and He was impressed by her faith. Thus, her prayer was answered at that very moment. Her daughter was fully healed. How amazing!

Sometimes we feel that God seems so far away from us. 

Sometimes we don’t receive what we pray for right away. 

God wants us to be persistent in prayer and to have faith in Him while we are waiting for our prayer to be answered. 

One thing for sure, God has greater plans for us. 

He is always listening and ready to give us what we truly need. We can put our faith and trust in knowing that His heart’s desire is to always provide His children with His best provision. 

Be like the Canaanite woman! Always have great faith in God’s power and be persistent in seeking God. Be ready for your sweetest reward, kids!

Prayer

Dear God, help me to have great faith and be persistent like the Canaanite woman. I am ready to receive my sweetest reward from You. Amen.
