God’s throne of grace is not a place of judgment or condemnation, but a place where His favor and love rest. It's a place where believers can find refuge, receive mercy, and experience God's forgiveness.
Instead of approaching God with trepidation and fear, we are told to approach God with confidence. We should never hesitate to approach God with what we need and want. God's grace and mercy are available to help in our times of need, whether it's for guidance, strength, comfort, or any other challenge we face.
Hebrews 4:14-16 tells us that Jesus is our High Priest who understands our weaknesses and temptations because He experienced them Himself, without sin. This makes Jesus an empathetic mediator who can provide the grace and mercy we need. The throne of grace is not a one-time event but an invitation for us to come to God daily for help and strength. It's a place of ongoing access to God's love and provision.
We should be encouraged to approach God in prayer and seek His help actively, rather than relying solely on our own strength or other resources. While it may seem easier at the time to rely on ourselves, only God can truly provide the help, support, and grace we need.

About this Plan

Seasons of life can feel uncertain or uncharted—no clear map. No instructions. Just a nudge to move forward, even when you’re not sure where you’re going. Faith can feel the same way. It can sometimes feel like we’re following God into places that feel too big, too strange, or too complicated. In this devotional, we’ll walk with Moses and wrestle with what it means to trust a God who invites us to move forward even when the road ahead is uncertain.
