We’re all human. We all mess up. We change our minds. We don’t always follow through on our promises. But God? He’s not like us. He’s perfect in every way, and everything He says is true. God is all-knowing and is never caught off guard. Nothing can stop God from doing what He’s promised. There’s nothing that derails His plans. He is faithful to His promises 100% of the time.
If you are having trouble trusting God, here is a prayer to help in this season you’re going through:
“God, I know You are always true to Your word. You don’t change your mind. You don’t fail to follow through. I will place my trust in You to fulfill Your promises. I will hope in your faithfulness and steadfast nature. Your word is true, so my hope is sure. God, I trust in Your word more than I trust myself. I praise You for Your unchanging and reliable nature.
