Abram and Sarai faced that same struggle. God had promised them a future, but as time passed, waiting became difficult. Instead of trusting God’s timing, they chose to create their own solution. Yet even in their impatience, God did not abandon them. He reaffirmed His promise and revealed Himself as the God who sees, knows, and keeps His word.
These chapters remind us that God’s promises are always fulfilled in His time, not ours. Waiting isn’t passive; it’s often a test of trust. Will we believe that God is working, even when nothing seems to be happening?
