When people are hurt and offended, a normal emotional desire is to want revenge and desire those who hurt you to experience the same pain you feel. The writer of this chapter recommends letting the offense go, turning it over to the Lord. Then in faithful expectation, trust that God will take care of the situation and deliver His righteous judgment in the situation.
